a couple of days a week I consult for bulthaup and I like to walk the 20 blocks home. it refreshes my spirit after sitting in front of a screen all day. these walks were so influential to me as I started Loop; walking to and from, watching the changing light in different seasons, helped me visualize what I wanted Loop to become, how I wanted my life to feel, and what I needed to do to make it happen. One foot in front of the other, with deep breaths and a full smile !
